Attorney, Tammy B. Saltzman, is a Family Law and Residential Real Estate/Title attorney, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and trained in the Collaborative process. Tammy obtained her BA in 1995 from Barry University in Miami Beach, Florida and her JD as a Goodwin Fellow from Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1999. At graduation Tammy was awarded the 1999 Most Outstanding Woman of the Year Award by the National Association for Women Lawyers.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in September, 1999, Tammy started her own practice with passion and commitment to helping her clients move through life transitions as effortlessly as possible. Tammy experienced divorce first hand when her parents divorced in 1970, long before divorce was popular. Both of her parents remarried, however, instilled the importance of blending families after a divorce, which is now a common thread in how she practices. Tammy was married and is now divorced herself, and raised a child born of the marriage alongside 3 incredible step (“bonus”) children during her 10 year marriage.

Using litigation as a last resort, Tammy encourages her clients to negotiate, collaborate and mediate the issues in an effort to maintain the marital assets. Tammy tries to help her clients focus on the future instead of dwelling on the past. Always focused on the best interest of the children.

Second Saturday Workshops

The Second Saturday workshop, is held every month on the second Saturday of the month except December. It is designed to help participants explore the legal, financial, and family / emotional issues and gain a greater understanding of the process. The workshop consists of segments that are taught by a family law attorney, a financial professional and a therapist.

When you participate ion our workshop you are going to hear extremely valuable information on how to prepare yourself for divorce or separation, the different options such as mediation or collaboration and the overall costs and time frames.
